Abstract
To the synthesize dibutyl adipate with adipic acid and n-butyl alcohol as reactants and compound inorganic salts Fe2(SO4)3·K2SO4 as catalyst. The influent factors of the reaction were investigated by experiment. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be molar ratio of n-butanol to adipic acid 1∶3.5 when acid was 0.05 mol, weight of catalyst was 1.25 g,the taking water reagent was 10 mL,reaction temperature was 82~99 ℃,reaction time was 1.5 h.The esterification yield was over 94%.
