On Web-Based Reflective Teaching

Based on the rational part of the traditional language teaching and learning,reflective teaching has become a new teaching concept.It advocates the development of both the teachers and the students,and systematically unites learning how to teach and learning how to learn,hence embodies the rationality of both the teacher and the learner as well as the rationality of humanity.At the same time,the involvement of the network and multimedia indicates that much importance is attached to science and technology,which adds the instrumental rationality to the humanistic rationality.Compared to the traditional teaching methods,web-based reflective teaching provides more room for the development of teacher's role.
