Through reflective thinking, university teachers can improve their teaching behavior, make it full of intelligence and renew their understanding of the nature of their teaching practice. In order to improve the quality and to fit the variety of university teaching, teachers must make rational reflections and analysis on their teaching behaviors. The contents of reflections include teaching ideas, the analysis of students, the choice and arrangements of teaching materials, and the teaching methods, etc.
