CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods To choose 86 patients with ectopic pregnancy from January 2008 to August 2009 in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital out-patient treatment,carried out transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and ectopic pregnancy mass of Doppler blood flow imaging were analyzed.Results 86 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients,diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for 82 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.35%,audio-visual diagram shows the performance of the ectopic pregnancy mass were 29 cases,unruptured tubal ring were 26 cases,23 cases were true gestational sac,8 cases were old-type.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography has high diagnostic accuracy for ectopic pregnancy,providing strong assertive evidence for clinical work,and has many characteristics,such as economic,convenient operation,non-invasive,safe and reliable and so on,should be vigorously promoted.
