Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy. Methods:Ultrasonographic features of 127 cases with ectopic pregnancy confirmed with operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were 2 cases with ectopic pregnancy missed and 2 cases with ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound.The correct rate of detection and diagnosis was 96.8%. Conclution:Transvaginal ultrasound is valuable in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy clinically.
