Abstract
Objective To explore ectopic pregnancy and clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis by analyzing the sonogram features of the early heterotopic pregnancy. Methods 141 cases with ectopic pregnancy through transvaginal(TVS),and with surgical and pathological results were compared. Results After preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in 141 Cases,132 cases of ectopic pregnancy proved,9 cases of misdiagnosis. The ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.6%.Ultrasonographic appearance of ectopic pregnancy mass in attachment area was the main feature. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography of the early ectopic pregnancy can make more accurate qualitative diagnosis, clinical treatment options and determine the timing of surgery provided strong evidence of high clinical value.
