Abstract
Objective To investigate the transvaginal ultrasound for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 admitted to the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy patients in this study, the group of patients with abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound to compare the diagnostic rate, ectopic Summary pregnancy ultrasonographic characteristics. Results Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was 84.5%(71/84) was significantly higher than the abdominal ultrasound 67.9%(57/84),P0.05.The typical sonographic features of ectopic pregnancy in the attachment area for the exploration and abnormal echogenic mass, partially visible sac, fetal pulse bud and heart tube. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound of high resolution, with a non-invasive and repetitive characteristics of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has a high value.
