Public Participation in Land Use Planning in Communicative Rationality Perspective

The new round of China′s general land use planning is now being carried out.This paper was based on the background of China′s general land use planning.Firstly,applyzed the theories of communicative rationality,and then analyzed the current situation of China′s public participation in land use planning of the present situation and the existing problems.Finally,the purpose of this paper was to contribute to the revision of land use planning in public participation and a case study at village level,and come to the results of how to put public participation in land use planning into practice in the situation of building a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.This paper will benefit public participation in preparation and implementation of land use planning.
