Integrative Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To observe the Integrative Medicine efficacy for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Method] control study,a clear diagnosis of 87 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,according to the clinic time.Both groups the intramuscular Mecobalamin 0.5mg/d treatment.Treatment group on this basis add services to Yiqiyangyin,and promoting blood the Tongluo based Recipe and subtraction with the disease treatment.[Results] After four weeks of treatment,the treatment group,29 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,3 cases,the total effective rate of 94%.Control group,eight cases markedly effective in 15 cases,14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate of 62.1%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] Integrative treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is superior to Western medicine treatment alone.
