Clinical Observation Chinese Medical Rouganshujin Methods Treated Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To observe theself-designed Mushaorouganshujin Decoction in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy curative effects.Methods: Self-designed decoction to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy 60 cases,Mecobalamin tablets 60 cases as a control group,to compare general efficacy and nerve conduction velocity.Results: The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was 81.7%,the control group total clinical effective was 63.3%,the difference between the two groups were significantly(P 0.01).The treatment group nerve conduction velocity improve better than control group,the difference between both groups were significantly(P 0.05),the treatment group didn't have significant side effects.Conclusion: Chinese medical Rouganshujin methods treated diabetic peripheral neuropathy had good curative effect,and with no adverse reaction,worth of clinic application.
