Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical effect of Chinese-Western method on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: 82 cases of diabetic neuropathy were divided into two groups:control group of 40 cases were treated with vitamin B 1 and B 12 injected;treatment group of 42 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medione and vitamin B 1 and B 12 . Result: In 42 cases of treatment group,35 cases were remarkably effective,7 effective and 0 ineffective. The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%.In 40 cases of control group,21 cases were remarkably effective,14 effective and 5 ineffective. The total effective rate was 87%. Conclusion:The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly difference from that in control group (P0.05) .
