Abstract

Objective:To Observe the efficacy of TCM basic prescription combined Methylcobalamin cure diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:Divided 135 patients who with diabetic peripheral neuropathy into treatment group (Integrative Medicine) and the control group (western medicine), control their blood sugar within normal with western medicine, and the control group intramuscular mecobalamin 500 ug/d;the treatment group intramuscular mecobalamin 500 ug/d combined Tangzhoufang orally,Once a day, keeping two weeks.Result:The efficacy and the EMG after treatment of treatment group were significantly better than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Treated diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Tangzhoufang combined methylcobalamin was better than useing mecobalamin alone, which description Tangzhoufang is an effective prescription for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, worthy of clinical use and reference.
