Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and adverse effect of domestic olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with the positive symptoms. Method:96 schizophrenia inpatients with the positive symptoms were randomly divided into domestic olanzapine treatment group and clozapine treatment group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The efficacy and adverse effect were evaluated with scale for the assessment of positive symptoms(SAPS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results: There were higher recovery rate,ealier efficacy and more curative effect for positive symptoms in domestic olanzapine group than in clozapine group. Conclusion:Domestic olanzapine is an effective drug in the treatment of schizophrenia with the positive symptoms,which has preferably efficacy,fewer adverse effect.
