Determination of icariin in Fufang Yishen Capsule by HPLC

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of icariin in Fufang Yishen Capsule.Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content determination of icariin in Fufang Yishen Capsule with Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) as column,mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.1% potassium(25∶75),UV was 270 nm.Results: Linearity of this method was well with the average recoveries was 98.7%.Conclusion: This method is accurate,reliable and repeatable;it can be used to control the standard of Fufang Yishen Capsule.
