Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Fufang Jianwei Capsule.METHODS HPLC was used to quantitative analysis.The Kromasil C18 column(5μm,250×4.6mm)was used,and mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4/water(20∶80).Detection wavelength was at 283nm at 30℃.RESULTS The Hesperidin's spotting recovery were 99.7%.The linear range of methods was 0.2042~2.042μg.CONCLUSION The result was accurate and the reproducibility was good.The method can be used for quality control of the products.
