Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quality standard of Huangqi Yishen Capsule.METHODS TLC was used for identification of Radix Rehmanniae and Herba Epimedii,UV was used to determine the content of total flavone.RESULTS The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The linear range of icariin was 5.928~15.808μg·mL-1,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 98.18% and RSD was 0.65%.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Huangqi Yishen Capsule.
