Abstract
Objective To study the protection of Zhiganqing capsule on non-alcoholic fatty liver in rat. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Aciclovir group and Zhiganqing capsule (H, L two dosage groups). High fat feed was applied in model group, Aciclovir group and Zhiganqing capsule. The course was eight weeks. At same time of establishment of model, equivalent drugs were taken in different groups. TC,TG, FFA and liver function were observed. The pathology of hepatic tissue was also observed. Results Zhiganqing capsule can decrease TC, TG, ALT and AST in serum of rat with non-alcoholic fatty liver. Conclusion Zhiganqing capsule has adjusting blood lipid, liver protection, reducing aminotransferase and protection of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
