Abstract
OBJECTIVE?To study the protective effects of the Yuegan capsule for alcoholic liver disease in mice.?METHODS?50 cases of KM stirp of mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, alcoholic liver disease group, large dose group of the Yuegan capsule, middle dose group of the Yuegan capsule and small dose group of the Yuegan capsule. All groups were given normal saline and different dose of Yuegan capsule each other for 5?weeks. The ALT, SOD, TG and MDA in serum were biochemically detected.?RESULTS?The Yuegan capsule restrained the ALT activity, decreased the level of MDA and TG, increased SOD activity.?CONCLUSION?The Yuegan capsule has protective effects for alcoholism liver injury in mice.
