Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xifeng Zhichan Decoction and Madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods Sixty-two subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with Xifeng Zhichan Decoction and Madopar, and control group in which 31 cases were treated with Madopar, with a course of three months.United Parkinson Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) was used to evaluate the clinical effects. Results The UPDRS scores were reduced obviously after treatments in both groups(P0.05,P0.01),with a great difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Combined Xifeng Zhichan Decoction and Madopar is effective in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
