Abstract
Objective:To study the eficacy and safety of moxifloxacin's treatment effect on senile pneumonia.Methods:130 patients with senile pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:65 in treatment group(the patients were treated with moxifloxacin) ;65 in control group(the patients were treated with ceftriaxone).Both groups were treated for 7days.Eficacy and safety of both group were evaluated.Results:The overall eficacy was 92.31% for the treatment group and 80.00% for the control group.Between the two groups there were significant ditterences(P 0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin in thetreatment of senile pneumonia could obviously improve clinical efficacy,shorten the disease's develop course,and have a good clinical prospect.
