In recent years,regulatory problems of food safety in china emerge in endlessly,the main reason is the supervision system of food safety falls behind,the legislation of supervision of food safety lags,the system of food safety pre-warning and risk assessment mechanism are not perfect,traceability system and defects food recall system fail to conform with international.This paper on the basis of the careful analysis of our country's food regulatory situation and draw lessons from the developed countries food supervisory experience,put forward the countermeasure of regulatory reform of food safety in china.
