Abstract
In recent years, China's food safety regulatory issues abound, the mainly reason behind the food safety regulatory system, the relevant food safety regulatory legislation lags behind, food security early warning mechanisms and risk assessment mechanisms are inadequate, traceability systems and defects food recall system fails with international standards.
