Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of hydrotalcid and mosapride in bile-reflux gastritis. Methods: Forty patients with bile-reflux gastritis by gastroscope examination were divided into 2 groups equally at random: T group 20 patients which were treated with hydrotalcid 1.0g, three times a day. T+M group 20 patients which were treated with hydrotacid and mosapride, mosapride 5.0mg, three times a day; hydrotalcid 1.0g ,three times a day. The change of the symptoms including abdominal pain, abdominal distention and bile vomitus were vestigated before and after four weeks treatment. Results: The severity of all the symptoms in the two groups decreased greaty after treatment(P0.01), the total effective rates was all 100%.Conclusions: Hydrotalcid can bind with intragastic bile, and effective decrease the symptoms of bile-reflux gastritis; Mosapride can reduce bile-reflux of duodenum. They are effective drugs in treating bile-reflux gastritis.
