Comparatire Study on Lansoprazole and Mosapride in Treatment of Patients with Bile—reflux Gastritis

Abstract

Objective:To compare the efficacy of Lansoprazole and Mosapride in treatment of patients With bile-reflux gastritis.Methods:Patients,confirmed with bile reflux gastritis,were enolled in the study.Patients were randomly assigned intocontrolgroup(n=50),Lansoprazolegroup(n=50,20mgdaily),Mosapride group(n=50,1.0g three times daily)andLansoprazole combinedMosapridewith group(combination group,n=50)and treated for 8 weeks.Dyspeptic symptoms of abdominal pain,bloating,heartburn and bitter taste were observed.Results:The dyspeptic symptoms were relieved in three groups after treatment.Conclusion:Lansoprazole combined with Mosapride might be effective in the treatment of patients with bile reflux gastritis.
