Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of hydrotalcid and Mosapride in bile-reflux gastritis. Methods Fifty-one patients with bile-reflux gastritis were treated with hydrotalcid and mosapride. The severity of the symptoms including abdominal pain, gastric acid disorder, nausea and bil vomitus were investigated before and four weeks after treatment. Results The severity of all the symptoms of the fifty-one patients decreased greatly after treatment (P0.01). The effectiveness was 100%. Conclusion Hydrotalcid can bind with intragastric bile. Mosapride can improve gastric movement. The combination of hydrotalcid and mosapride is effective in bile-reflux gastritis.
