Abstract

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hydrotalcid and mosapride on bile-reflux gastritis and its influence on intragastric bile.Methods:60patients with bile-reflux gastritis documented by electronstomachoscopy were randomly divided into3groups equally, which were treated with mosapride5mg three times daily;hydrotalcid1.0g three times daily and both drugs respectively. The changes of the symptoms, including abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting bile were observed before and four weeks after treatment. The review of electronstomachoscopy was performed in all patients. Results:The severity of all the symptoms in the three groups decreased obviously after treatˉment(P0.01),the effective rate was90%,100%and100%respectively.Bile reflux decreased under endoscope, the disappearance rate was85%,90%and95%respectively.Conclusion:Hydrotalcid combined with mosapride can effectively treat bile-reflux gastritis.
