Therapeutic effect of Zidanhuoxue tablet on coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f Zidanhuoxue tablet on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 54 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divi ded into 2 groups.22 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy ;32 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were given Zida nhuoxue tablet, two tablets once,three times a day, with a treatment course of t wo weeks for both groups.Results The total effective rate in tr eatment group was 87.5%,which was 45.5% in control group, there was a significan t difference between two groups (P0.01);the total effective rate in ECG i n treatment group was 71.9%,which was 31.8% in control group (P0.05).The on set frequency and persistence time of angina pectoris in treatment group were ob viously superior to those of control group.The parameters of blood lipid in trea tment group was also superior to those of control group (P0.05).Con clusion Zidanhuoxue tablet is effective in treating coronary heart dise ase angina coronary ,which can decrease blood lipid.
