The awareness rate of hypertension among the participants increased from 53.25% to 95.90%,and 22.89% to 65.54% for treatment rate ,30.84% to 65.54% for control rate. Meanwhile, statistical significance was observed in both high salt diet rate and exercise rate compared to the baseline investigation.
