Abstract
Objective: To explore effects of comprehensive intervention on hypertension under hospital-community integrated health management mode.Methods:From Jun 2010 to Jul 2011,a total of 1 786 patients with hypertension from Shengze town of Suzhou city were selected for one-year comprehensive intervention for hypertension under hospital-community integrated health management mode and effects were evaluated then.Result: Compared with before intervention,there were significant increase in awareness rate of relative knowledge of hypertension and improvement rate of behavior patten after intervention(P0.001 both),and there were also significant increase in standard management rate of hypertension(51.96% vs.80.33%),rate of regular taking drugs(42.22% vs.74.36%) and control rate of blood pressure(40.93% vs.64.93%) in patients with hypertension after treatment(P0.001 all).Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention for hypertension under hospital-community integrated health management mode is effective and should be spread in clinic.
