Ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the urogenital tract and drug sensitivity analysis

Objective: To understand the clinical status of the patients with urogenital inflammation infected with ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),for providing prescription basis for the clinical treatment of UU.Methods: The genital tract swab samples of the 1 724 cases of vaginal swab samples were cultured and determined by mycoplasma culture identification susceptibility kits and the vitro susceptibility results of 12 antibiotics for the detected UU were statistically analyzed.Results: A total of 590 cases of patients of UU were detected,and the positive rate was 34.2%.The susceptibility results showed that the antibacterial ability of josamycin was the strongest,which was 96.9%,then followed by doxycycline and minocycline.Conclusion: The josamycin should be the preferred antibiotic for the treatment of UU infection,and the proper drugs should be used rationally based on the patient's susceptibility results.
