Application and Effects of Performance Evaluation in Clinical High-quality Nursing Management

Objective To explore the application and effects of performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service so as to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of the nurses and improve the nursing quality.Methods The performance evaluation items of nurses' job,detailed contents and certain scores to every item were designed for the quantitative evaluation.The effects were evaluated accordingly.Results Performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service promoted the nursing quality and enhanced the degree of nursing satisfaction of the doctors and patients.Conclusion The quantitative performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service contributes to promoting the initiative and enthusiasm of the nurses,enhancing the service awareness,improving the nursing quality and nursing management efficiency and elevating the nursing satisfaction of patients and doctors.
