Abstract

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing service quality in the application of clinical nursing work.METHODS Kaixian County used promoting way,change nursing ideas and change nursing measures to improve the nursing quality,and regular inspection and satisfaction survey were also investigated.RESULTS The patients' satisfaction rose from 91.67% to 99.17%,and no nursing complication and complaints reported.CONCLUSION Thehigh quality nursing service demonstration projectactivity could improve the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.
