Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and effects of implementing high-quality nursing service in department of gastroenterology.Methods The specific measures included implementation of the responsibility system of holistic nursing,hierarchical use of nurses,adjustment of work schedule and responsibilities,optimization of work flow,active exploration and reform in the aspects of nursing quality control and performance evaluation.Results The satisfaction of patients and doctors to nursing work and the quality of nursing work were improved.The differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing service can improve patients' and doctors' satisfaction to nursing work and increase the quality of nursing.
