Abstract

Objective: to explore the model and result of nursing performance management for improving nursing quality,satisfying patients demand.Methods: formulate the evaluation standard and by-laws combining with nursing quality assessment,efficiency assessment,and performance management,and the evaluation results are uses as the bonus distribution basis.Results: the quality of nursing,patient satisfaction to nursing,and bonus distribution satisfaction are improved.Conclusion: Applying effective performance evaluation in neurosurgery nursing management not only gives full play to the initiative of the nursing staff with enthusiasm,but also changes the nursing service concept,improve work efficiency,and improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
