Reform and Practice of Food Toxicology Teaching

Abstract

The traditional and single teaching model needs to be improved to adapt the rapid development of food toxicology and the whole design of food quality and safety. We present here the suggestions on the teaching in class,experimental teaching and examination ways in the reform and practice of food toxicology teaching by means of our rich experiences in this field in order to provide an ideal teaching environment and growth platform for the training of the talents with creative abilities and high qualities.
