Discussion on Teaching Reform of Food Chemistry in Major of Food Quality and Safety

Food chemistry is one of the core curriculums in major of food quality and safety. According to the characteristics of this course,in order to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the teaching effect,cultivate students with professional knowledge,awareness of food quality and safety,have the ability to follow the progress of food security,and adapt to the era of high-quality,it is necessary to reform the teaching method of food chemistry. This paper discusses the teaching reform method from these aspects:optimize the course structure,underline teaching important points,innovate teaching methods,strengthen practice teaching.
