Teaching Reform and Practice of Food Technology in Major of Food Quality and Safety

Combining with the teaching characteristics in major of food quality and safety in Jiangsu university and in order to adapt with the growing requirements of talents in the new century,this paper briefly discussed the teaching reform of course in food technology through the adjustment of teaching content,teaching practice and teaching methods exploration etc.
