Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Quercetin Contents in Fukean Tablet. Methods The column was Diamonsil C18 ( 150 × 4. 6mm,5 μ) . The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 0. 4% phosphoric acid solution( 52∶ 48) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min,and the detecting wavelength was at 360 nm,the temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range of Baicalin was 0. 2 ~ 2. 0μg( r = 0. 9999) and the average recovery rate was 99. 88% ( RSD = 0. 93% ) . Conclusion The method is simple,high sensitiv-ity and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control in Fukean Tablet.
