Abstract
To determine the content of quercetin in Ketang tablet.High performance liquid chromatography is established on a Hypersil C18 column with mobile phase consist of methanol-0.3% phos-phoric acid(60∶40,V∶V) and flow rate of 1.0 mL / min at a common temperature.The column length is 250 mm,and the detection wavelength is 360 nm.The linear range of quercetin is 0.2 ~ 1.0 μg(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery is 99.57%(RSD= 0.51%).The average content of quercetin is 0.0527 mg / tablet(RSD =0.48%).The method is simple and efficient to measure the content of quercetin.
