Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ultrasound in the diagnosis Of digestive tract perforation in the clinical value. Methods 30 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology in patients with gastrointestinal perforation were retrospectively analyzed sonography, and compared the results of X-ray analysis. Results ultrasound diagnosis of pneumoperitoneum in 22 cases accounted for 70%,ascites in 28 cases accounted for 93.3%,abdominal mass in 15 cases accounted for 50%,X-ray found 23 cases of intraperitoneal free gas accounted for 76.6%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of digestive tract perforation is superior to X-ray improve the diagnosis rate of gastrointestinal perforation,in the surgical acute abdomen with a differential diagnosis.
