Ultrasound in the Upper Gastrointestinal Perforation Early Diagnosis of Clinical Value

Objective:To analyse the clinical value evaluation of ultrasound for early diagnosis of the upper gastrointestinal perforation.Methods:30 cases were randomly selected from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital,which were confirmed by pathological surgery for upper gastrointestinal perforation,in the preoperative respectively examined by ultrasound and X-ray.Results:The accuracy of ultrasound was 93.33%,while X-ray was 63.33% in the early diagnosis of the gastrointestinal perforation,apparently ultrasound examination significantly higher than X-ray.Conclusion:Ultrasonic to upper gastrointestinal perforation for early diagnosis has good clinical application value,the relatively high accuracy,can provide the best treatment timing for clinical treatment for clinical treatment,and promote the use of it to the clinic.
