Abstract

184 homozygous single segment substitution lines( SSSLs) derived from an elite inbredline Lx 9801 as recipient parent and inbred line Chang 7-2 as donor parent, were used as marital for QTL mapping of flowering related traits in maize. Through t-test of the data obtained at Xunxian and Changge locations,a total of 51 QTLs for the flowering related traits were detected at the two sites, including 15 QTLs for day to silking,16 QTLs for day to anthesis and 20 QTLs for anthesis-silking interval( ASI). Out of which,4 QTLfor silking,2 QTL for anthesis and 2 QTL for ASI were detected at the two locations simultaneously.
