Predictive value of serum TNF-α,IL-6 in progress of risk assessment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore value and effect of TNF alpha,IL-6 in prediction of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 40 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 40 healthy subjects,the detection of serum TNF alpha,IL- 6 levels,validation and the correlation of disease progression.Results Observation group of patients with cerebral infarction volume and IL-6,concentration of TNF alpha was significantly positive correlation.Conclusion Of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction volume significantly and IL-6 and the concentration of TNF alpha were positively correlated,so it is worth popularizing in clinical.
