Observation on Serum CRP,TNF-α in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of C reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:To test the expression of CRP and TNF-α on 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 37 healthy people.Results:The expression of CRP and TNF-α on 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly increased and related(P0.01).Conclusion:The increased expression of CRP and TNF-αmight play a certain role in acute cerebral infarction.
