Endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis with nasal septum deviation

Abstract

[Objective] To explore effects of endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis with nasal septum deviation.[Methods] 316 cases of chronic sinusitis with nasal septum deviation were received endoscopic nasoseptal reconstruction combin with endoscopic surgery simultaneously and the complications after surgery were observed.[Results] The deviations of nasal septum were corrected and chronic sinusitis were cured in 3-6 months after surgery in all cases.No severe complication occurred.[Conclusion] Endoscopic nasoseptal reconstruction combined with endoscopic surgery simultaneously is convenient,safety and effective procedure.It can increase the surgical effect of nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis.
