Deviation of Nasal Septum with Endoscopic Surgery for Sinusitis

Objective To evaluate endoscopic sinus surgery with deviated septum of the feasibility and necessity of treatment.Methods 98 patients with septal deviation associated with sinusitis in patients with nasal septum surgery first,while the ipsilateral or contralateral functional again open to sinus surgery.Results 85 patients were cured(86.8%),improved in 14 cases(13.2%),postoperative complication of nasal septum hematoma in 4 cases(3.3%).Conclusion Endoscopic nasal surgery can be combined to complete a one-time open sinus surgery,without increasing complications of sinus surgery,the surgical procedure is a safe and feasible method.
