Endoscopic surgery for nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze effects of the endoscopic sinus surgery of Chronic sinusitis and nasal septum deviation.Methods 39 cases patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal septum deviation received endoscopic nasoseptal reconstruction combined with endoscopic sinus surgery and the complications after surgery were observed. Results Nasal endoscopy were followed up for more than six months. The deviations of nasal septum were corrected without complications of adhesion of nasal carity and septal perforation etc. Conclusion Endoscopic nasoseptal reconsruction combined with endoscopic surgery simultaneously is convenient,safety and effective procedure.
