Endoscopic sinus surgery with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, clinical observation with 288 cases

Objective:To investigate the effect of improving the method of endoscopic surgery. Methods:288 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps via endoscopic surgery. Results:288 patients were followed up for this more than six months, 257 patients were cured (89.24%), improved in 28 cases (9.72%) and 3 cases (1.04%), total effective rate was 98.96%, no serious complications. Postoperative bleeding in 1 case, middle turbinate and nasal septum in 2 cases (2 sides). Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps have a good effect. Skilled surgical operation is accurate, complete removal of lesions to ensure a successful operation.
