Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of application of misoprostol with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:204 cases of vaginal delivery randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 102 cases had post-grant oxytocin injection for 10 U and misoprostol sublingual melt for 400 μg.102 cases of the control group had oxytocin 10 U.And all were observed for 2 hours on post-partum haemorrhage volume of bleeding patients, and compared the two groups. Results:There was significant difference of 2 hours post-partum hemorrhage volume between two groups. The observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:Misoprostol with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage can decrease bleeding and be worth application.
