Abstract
Objective To observe the vaginal childbirth sublingual misoprostol combined with oxytocin use to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 200 parturients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (misoprostol combined with oxytocin group) 110 patients, the control group (oxytocin group) 90 cases. Two groups of mothers were given immediately after the baby was delivered buttocks intramuscular injection of oxytocin 20 IU,the observation group at the same time to the sublingual misoprostol 200 μg.We compared two groups of maternal third stage of labor time, post-natal 2 h and 24 h post-partum hemorrhage volume, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. Results Two groups of mothers in the third stage of labor time and 2 h post-partum bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage volume 24 h were significantly different(P0.01), The observation group significantly decreased the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage (P0.01), the use of misoprostol after no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with the use of oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage vaginal delivery has good results, and medication simple, convenient, safe and worthy of clinical use.
